To gain authorisation for a return, please call us at 415-988-4820 or email us at email@example.com. All returns require authorisation by one of our service representatives within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, unauthorised returns will be refused. All order discrepancy claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Also, please note, Brutiful Me is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice. We also encourage you to handle your Brutiful Me pieces with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.
